Data Deletion Instructions

1. Disconnect the application

You may first revoke Pyratho Content Analytics from the connected-app or business-integration settings of the relevant platform. Revocation prevents future API access under that authorization, but may not automatically delete historical copies already stored by the Pyratho project.

2. Request deletion from Pyratho

Email cavea@pirapato.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include only what is needed to locate and verify the request:

• the connected platform;
• the public username and, if known, account or business ID;
• the email address of the authorized administrator;
• whether you want a specific record or all data associated with the authorization deleted;
• any relevant connection date or project reference.

3. What happens next

1. Acknowledgement: we open a deletion record.
2. Verification: we confirm that the requester is entitled to act.
3. Revocation: where applicable, stored authorization credentials are removed and future collection stops.
4. Deletion: relevant account identifiers, media metadata, stored metrics, correspondence, and derived analyses under our control are deleted or irreversibly anonymized, subject to lawful exceptions.
5. Processor action: where necessary, we instruct providers processing the information for us.
6. Confirmation: we confirm completion or explain any limited lawful retention.

4. Timing

We aim to complete a verified request without undue delay and generally within 30 days. More time may be needed for complex verification, backup cycles, fraud prevention, dispute preservation, or legal obligations; a material delay will be explained where required.

5. What may be retained

• anonymous aggregate statistics;
• a minimal compliance record showing that the request was completed;
• information needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
• temporarily isolated backup copies until the normal retention cycle expires.

6. Platform-held data

This process covers copies controlled by Pyratho. Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, or another platform may independently hold data. Use that platform’s privacy and account controls for its copies.
