1. Who we are
This website and the Pyratho Content Analytics application are operated for the Pyratho editorial project by CT Anes Tecnologias Digitais. (“Pyratho,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Privacy contact: cavea@pirapato.com.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to information processed through this website, correspondence sent to us, and social-platform data obtained through an account administrator’s express authorization. It does not govern the independent practices of Amazon, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Vercel, Airtable, n8n, or other third-party services.
3. Information we process
3.1 Website delivery and security
Our hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL, response status, and security events. We do not currently install advertising pixels, behavioral analytics scripts, or non-essential tracking cookies on this site.
3.2 Information you send us
If you contact us, we may process your name, email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or sensitive information unnecessary for your request.
3.3 Authorized social-platform data
When an administrator authorizes an official Pyratho Instagram or TikTok account, we may receive limited account and media information made available under approved permissions, including account or business identifiers, public username, media IDs, captions, media type, publication time, permalink, and aggregate metrics such as views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, profile activity, follows, watch time, and completion rate where available.
We do not seek passwords, private messages, device contacts, payment details, or access to accounts that have not been expressly authorized. For revocation and deletion instructions, see the Data Deletion page.
3.4 Amazon links and attribution
When you follow a link to Amazon, you leave this site and Amazon processes your visit and any transaction under its own policies. We do not receive payment-card data. If Amazon Attribution is enabled, we may receive aggregate campaign information such as clicks, detail-page visits, attributed purchases, units, and sales associated with a tracking tag.
4. Why we use information
- To deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the site.
- To respond to reader, press, creator, rights, technical, or privacy inquiries.
- To connect and maintain authorized social-platform integrations.
- To measure official Pyratho posts using standardized windows.
- To produce internal first-pass analytics reviewed by a human.
- To measure traffic to authorized retailer pages.
- To comply with obligations, protect rights, and prevent misuse.
5. Legal bases
Depending on context and applicable law, processing may rely on consent, performance of a requested service or contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the project, compliance with legal obligations, or protection of legal rights. An account administrator may revoke platform authorization at any time.
6. How we share information
We may disclose limited information to providers that help operate the project under appropriate instructions and access controls, including Vercel, Airtable, n8n or an equivalent automation provider, Google Workspace, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, and professional advisers or authorities where legally required. We do not sell or rent personal data.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including security, audit, platform-compliance, contractual, and legal needs. Authorized platform data is deleted or anonymized when the connection is no longer needed, authorization is revoked, a verified deletion request is completed, or retention is no longer justified. Anonymous aggregate statistics may be retained.
8. Security and international processing
We use safeguards appropriate to the information, including restricted access, protected credential storage, environment separation where applicable, and data minimization. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in other countries; where required, available legal safeguards are used.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may revoke a connected application through platform settings. Email cavea@pirapato.com or follow the Data Deletion instructions. We may need to verify authority before completing a request.
10. Children and third-party links
This site and its technical integrations are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the site. The site links to third parties, including Amazon; review their policies before providing information or completing a transaction.
