1. Acceptance and operator
These Terms apply when you access this website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. 2. Purpose of the site
The site provides information about Pyratho: The Boy Without a Soul, its author and project; links readers to authorized retailers; publishes legal and technical disclosures; and describes limited internal analytics integrations. It does not itself process book payments, deliver purchases, operate an open social network, or provide individualized professional advice.
3. Book purchases and Amazon
Amazon and other retailers are independent services. Product availability, territory, price, taxes, currency, delivery, refunds, reviews, account access, and transaction processing are controlled by the retailer under its own terms. The retailer page is authoritative at the time of purchase.
4. Intellectual property
The site, book-title treatment, artwork, text, excerpts, graphics, marks, layout, and original materials are protected by applicable rights. Except where law permits, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, scrape, train a model on, sell, or create commercial derivative works from site content without written authorization. Ordinary links and brief lawful quotations for genuine review, criticism, scholarship, or reporting are permitted with appropriate attribution.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with, overload, probe, bypass, or compromise the site or its security.
- Do not introduce malware, automated abuse, fraudulent requests, or destructive code.
- Do not impersonate the author, project, operator, or an authorized administrator.
- Do not use public disclosures to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, tokens, APIs, or internal systems.
- Do not misrepresent the site as endorsing an unrelated product, cause, or campaign.

6. Social-platform integrations
Pyratho Content Analytics is designed for accounts owned by or expressly authorized to the project. Administrators are responsible for having authority to grant access. Platform access remains subject to platform terms, permissions, review, limits, and availability. Automated diagnostics are decision-support tools; they do not guarantee reach, sales, ranking, or results and do not independently authorize publishing, messaging, advertising expenditure, or account changes.
7. External services, accuracy, and availability
The site depends on external hosting, automation, database, platform, and retailer services. We aim for accuracy and reasonable availability, but information may contain errors, become outdated, or change without notice. The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyratho and CT Anes Tecnologias Digitais will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from site use, reliance on content, inability to access an external service, or a third-party transaction. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy, changes, and disputes
Information processing is described in the Privacy Policy, with deletion instructions at Data Deletion. We may modify or suspend the site for security, maintenance, legal compliance, platform compliance, or project changes. These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the operator without depriving consumers of mandatory local protections. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by email unless urgent relief is needed.
